In conjunction with the State Gawai Celebration, a 10 day Gawai Dayak Bazaar 2023 will be held at the Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Community Hall in Jalan Padungan from 16th until 25th June 2023.
The bazaar will start at 5 pm on weekday and 11 am on weekends, and will end at 11 pm daily. There will be live band performances, performances by local artists, traditional dance performances, Kumang Keling beauty contests, karaoke and games.
