Satays are skewered seasoned meat, grilled to perfection over medium flames. Its aroma comes from the variety of spices used in the marinade as well as the flavour from the lemongrass infused oil used during the grilling process. This dish always comes accompanied with a thick peanut sauce, slices of cucumber and onions and sometimes some rice cakes, or ketupat.
